Acceptable stay. Some issues
loud air conditionermissing toiletries
The air conditioner was quite loud. It made it difficult to sleep well. Also. I found the lack of basic toiletries, like a toothbrush and shower cap, frustrating. I expected these to be provided. The absence of these items was inconvenient.

I really appreciated how close the hotel was to the main train station. It made getting around so easy. the hotel had great eco credentials, i thought it was really nice. the staff were fantastic and friendly too!
the shower didn't have hot water one morning, it was a bit inconvenient.

i found the staff very helpful. they were always ready to assist with directions. the room was very very comfy and tidy. it had a nice size and everything i needed for my stay.
the hot water was not consistent. i had a brief period without hot water one morning, inconvenient.

The room was super clean. I noticed a large single bed featured crisp, clean linen for my overnight stay. i found it near the central station! the location was excellent. It supported environmental standards, something i cherish.
there was no hot water for a morning shower. i found this frustrating. there weren't many amenities. i missed having a travel toothbrush.

I found the staff to be very helpful and polite. the breakfast area was well-kept and the breakfast itself was excellent. the location is near the central station. It made commuting quite easy for me. i could also easily reach the metro station.
